Dual Enrollment Transportation Grant

Eligible participating public high schools may apply for Dual Enrollment Transportation Grant funds for the upcoming academic year.

GSFA shall release the Dual Enrollment Transportation Grant Application Packet to eligible participating public high schools. Transportation Grant Application Packets are sent to eligible participating Dual Enrollment contact persons and principals as designated and on file with GSFC no later than September 30 each year.

Transportation Grant Packets must be signed electronically by the principal of the high school. Completed application packets are due to GSFC by 11:59 pm November 30.

Upon evaluation and selection, awarded high schools will be notified, in writing, by January 31. Awarded high schools must acknowledge such award, by completing a Dual Enrollment Transportation Grant Award Notice and Dual Enrollment Transportation Grant Participation Agreement no later than February 28.

Each public high school awarded Dual Enrollment Transportation Grant funds shall receive the first disbursement by August 9. The second and third disbursement will be provided by January 9.  

Note: If August 9 or January 9 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the disbursement will automatically take place the following Monday.
