All Students: Complete and submit this online application. At the end of the process, you will be presented with an application agreement statement to sign and return to the Office of Admissions, Berry College, PO Box 490159, Mount Berry, GA 30149-0159.
First-Year/Freshman: Request that an official transcript of all high school work completed be sent to Berry College.
Additionally, request that a copy of your score report for either the ACT or SAT be sent directly to the college.
If you take college credit while completing the senior year of high school, request an official transcript from each institution be sent directly to Berry College.
Request that the
Counselor's Recommendation and the
Personal Recommendation forms be completed and mailed to Berry.
Transfer: Request that an official transcript be sent directly to Berry College from EACH college or university previously attended.
Request that the
Transfer Recommendation and the
Personal Recommendation forms be completed and mailed to Berry.
Transient: Submit a copy of the transient student form or official transcript from the college or university you are currently attending.
Former Berry Student: If you have not been enrolled at Berry College during the current term, excluding summer session, complete an application for readmission.
If you have attempted course work at another college or university since your last enrollment at Berry College, submit an official transcript from EACH college or university attended and request that the
Transfer Recommendation form be completed and mailed to Berry.
Prospective freshman students should submit their application before February 1 of the year in which they intend to enroll. This is a PRIORITY date and assures each individual full consideration. Depending upon space availability, the application for admission should be filed no later than 30 days before the beginning of the semester for which admission is sought.
To complete this online application, type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).
After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be reentered prior to submittal.
